For families caring for an aging parent

Care for a parent, together

One shared place for the family looking after Mom or Dad: who's with them today, which medicines are due, what needs doing, and the papers you need in an emergency.

Opening soon
  • Free for one parent and up to 4 people helping.
  • Works on any phone, even without a signal.
  • For family, aides and home care agencies.
Today in Heartfelt for a family caring for Mom and Dad: who's with each of them, their doses, and what still needs someone.

How it works

  1. Set it up in four questions

Who you're caring for, their conditions, their medicines, and who else helps. Everything else can wait.

  2. Invite the people who help

Family see everything. Aides see their own visits. Agencies see only what you share with them.

  3. Work from the same page

Everyone sees the same Today, so nobody has to ask "did anyone give Dad his pills?"

For families

Everything the family needs to share, in one place everyone can open.

The whole week, for everyone

Family visits and the agency's aides on one calendar. Open time stands out, so the family can fill it before anyone is left alone.

  • Ask the family for a time nobody can cover
  • Each visit says whether it's for Mom, Dad or both
  • Appointments and who's taking them
A week of visits in Heartfelt on a laptop: family members and the home care agency's aides, with whom each visit is for.
Notes in Heartfelt: things worth knowing about Mom and Dad, and who has seen each one.
Mom's emergency sheet: allergies, health conditions and medicines on one page.

What everyone needs to know

Write or say what happened today, so the next person knows. Keep the routines that matter where every helper sees them.

When it's urgent, the emergency sheet has allergies, conditions, medicines and doctors on one page, in English for the nurse.

  • Today on one screen

Who's with Mom now, which medicines are due, and what's next.

  • Mom and Dad in one place

Care for both parents together. Every medicine, visit and note says whose it is.

  • Visits without the group text

Plan who visits when. If nobody can come, Heartfelt asks the family one at a time.

  • Medicines and doses

Check off each dose. Everyone sees that it was given, and by whom.

  • Notes everyone can read

Updates after each visit, routines worth knowing, and private notes like the door code.

  • Home care agencies

Find an agency near you, message them, and pay the weekly bill in the app.

  • An emergency sheet

Allergies, conditions, medicines and doctors on one page to show a nurse.

  • In your language

English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese and Tagalog. Each person chooses their own.

For aides

Everything for the visit on one phone, for every family an aide works for.

Today's visit, start to finish

Where to go and how to get there, then check in at the door. Allergies come first, then the family's notes and the medicines due while the aide is there.

  • The address, with directions in the phone's maps
  • Check in and out only at the home, within 100 m
  • Every visit in every family, on a calendar, with the hours worked
  • A question for the agency or the family? Their contact is on the visit
An aide's visit in Heartfelt: the time, the address with directions, and checking in at the home.
An aide's month of visits in Heartfelt, each family in its own color: done visits filled in, visits to come outlined.

For home care agencies

Work with the families you already serve. Your aides check in and out at the client's home and see only their own visits; the family sees who's coming and reads the notes your aides share.

Families can find you, ask for extra care and pay each week's bill in the app. You answer with who can come and your price, and get paid two business days after each payment.

Write to each family in the app, and see when they've read it. When an aide's phone can't check in, your coordinator records the times, with the reason.

Agencies pay a booking fee only on visits booked through Heartfelt. Families pay nothing extra.

For employers

Many of your people look after a parent on top of their job. Give them Heartfelt as a work benefit.

A benefit for the whole family

Each employee who joins gets Premium for their family, and a care advisor to message or call about paying for care, Medicare and Medicaid, or a hard conversation.

  • Employees join in a minute with your code or link
  • Sign up online and pick the number of seats; change it any time
  • One monthly charge per seat, by card or invoice
  • Usage as totals, never anything that points to one person

You see who joined, by name and email. Never their family, their parent's health or the care they give.

Private by design

  • Only the people you invite can see your family's information.
  • Each person sees what their role needs: an aide sees their visits, not the bills.
  • Private notes, like a door code, stay hidden until someone taps to show them, and every look is recorded.
  • No ads and no tracking.

Questions

Is Heartfelt a medical service?

No. Heartfelt helps a family organize care: who's coming, which medicines are due, and what everyone needs to know. In an emergency, call 911.

Can we look after both parents?

Yes. One family circle can care for Mom and Dad together. Each has their own medicines, appointments and emergency sheet, and shared visits say they're for both.

Do aides and agencies need to sign up?

Aides you invite sign in with their email and see only their own visits, in every family they work for, and check in and out at the home. A home care agency gets its own portal, and sees only what you choose to share.

Which phones does it work on?

Any phone, tablet or computer with a web browser. Add it to your home screen like an app. Today still opens without a signal.

Can I try it first?

Yes. The demo is a sample family you can explore as a caregiver, an aide, an agency, an employer or a care advisor. It's your own copy, deleted after an hour.
